How to use Pakkavatha Thailam.
A four-step evening ritual, quietly powerful. Best paired with light walking, warm water and consistency over 6–8 weeks.
- 01Warm the oil
Pour a small amount into your palm and warm gently between hands until slightly warm to the touch.
- 02Apply on the area
Massage into affected joint, back, knee or shoulder in slow, circular strokes for 5–7 minutes.
- 03Rest & absorb
Cover the area with a soft cotton cloth and rest for 20–30 minutes. Wipe gently.
- 04Repeat 2× daily
Morning and evening. Best paired with light walking and warm water.
